• Company Name :- Shraddha auto industry

✓ Shraddha auto industry started in the year 2000.

✓Shraddha auto industry production of wide range of parts like hooks, u –bolts, u-bolts plate.
✓The company started on a very small scale, is now large scale of production facilities available. The company
located in Surendranagar.

Capacity of the industry

✓ The company produces approximately 4,000 small hooks per day. The company
produces approximately 2,000 big hooks per day and capped hooks approximately
1,000per day. The company produces approximately 400 small U-bolts and 200 big
U-bolts. The company produces approximately 1000 U-bolts Plate

Steps of making hook

Step 1: The first step is to point or swage. Step 2: After the point of rod the rod is enter into draw bench the end
of the material. Machine
√ For example, If we need 12 mm hook then take 14 mm rod.
Because the rod diameter is reduced in draw bench.

Step of making U-bolts

STEP – 1 Cutting the rod according to size.

STEP – 2 After cutting the rod, Threading on

both sides of the rod.

press.
