IN EVSU – OCC CONTEXT AND RATIONALE Education is a preparation for a bright future. Achievements depend upon individuals’ training, on the environment and the facilities that university can provide. School laboratory is very important on the part of the students. It is very helpful to develop the learning and skills of an individual. At EVSU – OCC, it is a fact that in spite being a good institution, inadequate laboratory facilities that greatly contribute to the students learning, one of the problems the students face in the Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) Course. But spite of this, still many of the students passed. INNOVATION, INTERVENTION & STRATEGY individuals prefer to deal directly with the stress by confronting, controlling, or managing the source of stress - Lenz(2010, p. 69) active coping as the process of taking active steps to try to remove or circumvent stressor or to ameliorate its effects -Carver, Scheier, and Weintraub (1989, p. 268) there are two major types of coping strategies: approach coping style done by logical analysis and avoidance coping style done by seeking new resources of satisfaction- (Moos, 1993)
