Q. What is RYG ?
A. An Early Warning System (EWS) to identify employees likely to quit or stay.

Objective Of RYG :

• To ensure that team is on track to make a target


• High performing team..
• Happy employees..& Stable Team
• Attrition Control

1. Red = Most likely to quit within 60 days

2.Yellow = Ones which will hang on with us for at least 60 -90 days

3.Green = This brigade is the happy lot and will remain with the company

How to Identify potential Red and Yellow ? Triggers

Steps Action Timeline


1 “It starts with the team leader engaging with the team On Going / Daily Connects
to understand their motivation and commitment levels
2 Team lead (L1 Manager) identifies the RYG status of all 5th of every month
the employees in his/her team.
3 L 2 Manager / Functional head meets the employees in 15th of every month
Red and Yellow category.
4 Functional Head publishes the data for the function 15th of every month
with RYG status with HR
