rights

Article 1
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. No one
shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be
prohibited in all their forms. No one shall be subjected to torture or to
cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Every human being has the right to life, liberty and the security of his
person. Right to life, liberty and personal security. Article II. All persons
are equal before the law and have the rights and duties established in this
Declaration, without distinction as to race, sex, language, creed or any
other factor.
Human rights are universal and inalienable; indivisible; interdependent
and interrelated. They are universal because everyone is born with and
possesses the same rights, regardless of where they live, their gender or
race, or their religious, cultural or ethnic background.
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. It noted that
the obligation to protect, respect and ensure the right to life covers many
other issues including modern technologies such as the use of drones in
armed conflict.
The right to life is the supreme right from which no derogation is
permitted, even in situations of armed conflict and other public
emergencies that threaten the life of the nation. The right to life has
crucial importance both for individuals and for society as a whole.
Personal security refers to the state of being safe from danger or harm. It
is the protection of oneself and one's property from threats such as theft,
violence, or cyber attacks. Examples of personal security measures
include: Locking doors and windows to prevent break-ins.
The First Amendment freedoms of speech, assembly, press, and religion
are examples of civil liberties that we exercise frequently in our daily
lives.
Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery
and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and
education, and many more. Everyone is entitled to these rights, without
discrimination.
The most fundamental personal freedoms are the freedom of speech,
expression, movement, thought, consciousness, religion and the right to
a private life. Collective liberties : They correspond to liberties for
groups of people: freedom of association, peaceful meeting, collective
labor and the right to strike.
You can promote human rights by contacting government officials and
urging them to take action on pressing issues. You can contact
international entities, as well, if you're unable to directly contact your
government or if they are not responsive.
No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due
process of law, nor shall any person be denied the equal protection of the
laws. To be considered as "illegal", such discrimination must however be
in violation of a specific law.
Every person has the right to have his life respected. This right shall be
protected by law and, in general, from the moment of conception. No
one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life.
These include the right to life, the right to a fair trial, freedom from
torture and other cruel and inhuman treatment, freedom of speech,
freedom of religion, and the rights to health, education and an adequate
standard of living.
Therefore, the importance of personal security is vital to reduce the risk
of being attacked and information or assets being damaged or lost.
Moreover, personal security allows you to stay safe from robberies,
burglaries, and attacks.
Personal security measures aim to protect people from physical violence,
domestic abuse, or other predatory persons. Personal security is
generally the feeling or state that occurs after enough measures are taken
to delay, warn or deter possible crime.
Feeling safe, stable, and secure is central to our health and wellbeing.
How safe we feel can influence our social habits and feeling of freedom.
When we feel safe, we find it easier to relax, do all the things that
comfort us, and focus on our relationships and the work or study we
need to do.
We value liberty for the many collateral benefits that it produces, such as
economic growth, opportunity, innovation, creativity, and intellectual
freedom.
the freedom of the individual to do as he pleases limited only by the
authority of politically organized society to regulate his action to secure
the public health, safety, or morals or of other recognized social interests.
As used in the Constitution, liberty means freedom from arbitrary and
unreasonable restraint upon an individual. Freedom from restraint refers
to more than just physical restraint, but also the freedom to act according
to one's own will.
