How To Contact

 You are advised to contact me through Schology.


 In most cases I respond within 8 hours. Please note that you need to only contact
me once and then wait for a response. Please do not email me the same query
again.
 When you send me a query please include your Full name, course and
section(cohort) . For example: Suresh Kumar,HRM1000, section or H2S3.
 Please do not expect me to respond out of class times.
 My email is also given on the syllabus, nick.Kochhar@canadahanson.com
 You will be delivered the class through a combination of Video recorded lectures and
Power Point presentations with Video narrations. A practice Quiz is required to be
completed at the end which helps assess your comprehension level, I also use the
quiz as a proof of your attendance in my class. (If you don’t submit the quiz, you are
presumed absent)
Assignments / Tests
 All quizzes and assignments should be completed on time .

 Please note that you are registered for a fulltime course . All required materials need to be
completed on time and all quizzes attempted.

 Assignment should be handed in within deadline and you need to follow instructions
thoroughly. Please ensure that you participate in discussion boards and online forums you
have been assigned individually or as part of a group.

 Official Grades and Attendance are posted on Campus log in on weekly basis.

 Assignment guidelines are as below:


• Late Submission of Assignments: Students can submit late assignments but with
deductions. Beyond 3 days that is the time you can give a “0” unless they present a
missed evaluation form coming from the Academic Department.

• 1-day delay – 25% deduction

• 2 days delay – 50% deduction

• 3 days delay – 75% deduction


Zoom meetings
Some guidelines for your Zoom calls:
 Please keep your mic on mute while joining the call and throughout
the call unless asked to unmute.
 Please note that you are expected to attend the call as it is within
your class times. You may be asked to complete a task, join activities
and may have an assessment so please make sure that you are in a
secure , safe location with good connectivity.
 I would like to see you all as, working remotely is quite lonesome
and would request you keep your camera’s on ‘ON ‘ mode during the
calls.
 You are recommended to take down in call notes, read the schology
notes and prepare questions in advance to benefit from these calls.
