1.1 BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY


 Shemu edible oil industry private limit company (SHEMU
P.L.C) is one of the developing oil manufacturer industries
established 2010 in Ethiopia at DIRE DAWA city by
Ethiopian private owners Mr KAHASAYE. This factory
produce two kind of oil product panshan and lulu. These
product supply to customers based on different demand amount
such as 1l,3l ,5l and 20l.

oil production type with out any loss or down time it can
be achieve daily target production plane. So it should be
identifying source cause of increasing production down
time to obstacles of to Achieving daily production plane
then solving by using different method .
