What is Stress Management
The stress management meaning is to reduce the negative impacts
caused by stress and to improve a person's physical and mental
well-being. Stress management may include self-care, managing
one's response to stress, and making changes to one's life when in a
stressful situation.

In Modern world, its foolish to say that we don’t have stress because its there in
everyone’s life, the best thing is to know what is area and how can we manage it.
