EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

One of Nikes objectives is inspiration to everyone in the


world but mostly athlete. One of Nikes opportunities is the
Expansion into new markets all around the world in every
shop.
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
• I loved designing shoes and wanted my own business , so I started to strategize
the name for it , "Nike" is the name that I thought of for my future brand that
everyone will be wearing. Nike, is involved in design and development. it’s a
worldwide marketing and sales of accessories, footwear, services and
equipment. Nikes headquarters are in Jeddah, Nike started in 1964 but I named
it Nike in May 30 1971. Nike sponsors many athletes and sports teams around
the world.
TARGET MARKET AND AUDIENCE
•Nike's target market is largely consumers in the ages
of 15 to 45. Nike has focused its marketing efforts on
young athletes in the recent years. Nike wants to make
the best soft and flexible footwear/shoes to make it easy
for anyone to wear it.
COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
• competing in equipment industry and athletic footwear, new companies with
other designs and technologies seem to pop up daily. But Nike mission is to
“bring inspiration to every athlete in the world.” While there are many Nike
competitors, I think five really stand out: Skechers, Puma, Adidas, New balance,
and Under armour.
OPERATIONS BUDGET
FROM 2022 -2023, NIKE OPERATING EXPENSES INCREASED A TOTAL OF 13.16% IN ONLY ONE YEAR.
IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS ENDING AUGUST 31, 2023 THE BUDGET WAS 45.645B, A
11.59%INCREASE YEAR-OVER-YEAR. NIKE ANNUAL OPERATING EXPENSES FOR
2023 WERE $45.302B BUT IN 2022 IT WAS 40.035B, A 6.47% INCREASE FROM 2021.
