Reporting process

We usually report couple of days before we start running the ads, we report our plan for the marketing
every time, and get a confirmation with the contents, (which product we are trying to aim for sales &
which product we are trying to promote) starting and finishing dates and most importantly, the budget.
This report sends to the general manager, or sometimes directly to the boss.
Because we run the ads all the time, every week, so we do not have much time to plan everything, so

In our company, the marketing team plan for the marketing, budgets, descriptions, campaign, and
contents.
But we do discuss about ads contents with graphic designers as they make the contents.
We get approval directly from the boss, but if the boss is not available, we get it from the general

4.3 REVIEW & REVISE STRATEGY

A. Who is the target audience for this piece of content? Why will this content engage them?

My target audience is the people who are interested in Korean fashion, Korean cosmetics, and
accessories, online shopping, promotions. Because people who are interested in these things, are
match with our brand.

B. Based on feedback on your social media post, does your strategy need to be revised? If yes, what
changes do you recommend?
No

C. Changing your strategy may require approval from management. Develop a process that your
organisation must follow for new social media marketing strategies, and specify at least two rules
that the team must adhere to.

Changing the strategy plan is not a big deal in our company, because we run ads all the time anyways.
But the budget for 1 month ($1200) can’t be changed, and can’t spend over the budget.
For an example, if we are trying to change the budget in the last week of the month, and if the budget
seems to be over $1200 in that month, then we need to report the boss about the situation, and follow

4.4 TEAM MANAGEMENT
Scenario 1: A member of your team does not submit work on time. How would you manage this
situation?

Our company is a small team (we do have many workers in shops but head office is composed of a
small team). With 2 different online shopping mall platforms and as a small team, each of everyone has
a massive amounts work is given. So if one of a team member is on a delay with a specific work, it’s a
common thing that frequently happening in our company. Because everyone has their priorities within
their work. In this case, that team worker ask for a help from another person who can help, and let the
general manager know that we will be working on that together, and will be able to finish it by when.

Scenario 2: The work submitted does not align to the brief. How would you influence the team
member to change his/her work?

This kind of situation happens all the time in the company, because everyone’s perspective and opinion
is different. When this kind of situation happens, we explain again where and what to change or fix of
their work, or find some references to help them understand more clearly, and explain to them again
more specifically what is needs to be done.
