Safety helmet is a type of helmet that is
mostly used in industrial or construction
environments. the function of a safety
helmet is to protect the head from
collisions and falling workpieces. usually
this helmet is made of metal or other hard
materials, selection of tevlar, fiber, resin,
or plastic.
Types of safety helmet based on helmet
color
• White safety helmet, usually worn by managers, supervisors, engineers or
foremen
• Blue safety helmet, usually worn by site supervisors, electrical contractors or
temporary supervisors
• Yellow safety helmet, usually worn by sub contractors or general workers
• Green safety helmet, usually worn by environmental inspectors
• Pink safety helmet, usually worn by new workers or apprentices
• Orange safety helmet, usually worn by company guests
• Red safety helmet, usually worn by the safety officer who is responsible for
checking that the safety system is installed and functioning according to
established standards
 How to use safety helmet

1. Before use, please check that the Helmet is in good condition to use, fits and
is comfortable on your head (Not too narrow and not too narrow), not damaged
and deformed.
2. Use the Safety Helmet on the head correctly (tilted, not too high up, looking
down to cover the view, or not upside down.
3. If you are in high places and windy conditions, Chain Strips must be used to
avoid the Safety Helmet that is worn flying due to strong winds.
 How to care for a safety helmet
1. Store the safety helmet in a Shady area, for example,in a special storage rack or
hanging rack.
2. Clean the Shell safety helmet and other components using a suft cloth that has
been dipped in soopy water,then rinse with warm water.
3. Check the condition of the Shell safety helmet for signs of demage, cracks, breaks,
defects,
4. Check the components in a suspension system for loose, broken,demaged.
