CONCLUSION

This project aimed to thoroughly investigate Agile methodologies, particularly


Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming, to gain a comprehensive
understanding of their principles and applicability in product roadmap planning.
The evaluation of current industry practices, through case studies and real-world
examples, allowed for the identification of successful implementations and
challenges faced by organizations in adopting Agile methodologies for product
roadmap planning.
