HEALTH AND NUTRITIOUS DIET
(HAND)
Health is very important in your daily life. So, a couple of things to be noted:
• Brushing up in the morning as well as before sleep.
• Eating a diet filled with a lot of proteins, vitamins and minerals.
• Avoiding too much of carbohydrate and fat intake.
• Being hygienic by taking a bath everyday and washing your face at regular intervals.
• Use sanitizers post outside exposure for personal and community health, preventing germ spread and infections.
• Consulting doctors at regular periods.
• Try to take ayurvedic and homeopathic medicines instead of allopathic medicines as they can cause much risk to
your health.
HOW TO USE A FIRST-AID
KIT?
If you fell somewhere and you are bleeding, immediately rinse the
particular area with water and apply betadine solution and cover it
with cotton.
If you got a very bad cramp in your legs, use the cotton crepe
bandage and wrap it around your leg.
If you get a shoebite, apply some antibiotic cream

need to be developed in your body
• Do not forget to eat minerals and vitamins
on daily basis.
• Eat a little of fat and carbed foods so that it
helps your body to generate energy and
heat.
• Do not drink too much of carbonated
drinks.
