BEST MANAGER
 Round 1 (GeneralQuiz)
Participants will be given certain questions,
• Areas include current affairs, business, aptitude, finance, general
knowledge.
• Total 30 questions.
• Each question carry 1 mark.
• Duration 15 min.
• Time :10:30-10:45 am.
• Venu : R&D Seminar hall, classroom available
• No. of participants expected 20-25
 Round 2 (Introduction)
• Participants will be given certain word in the form of lot.
• Participants are asked to connect particular word with
themselves and give and introduction.
• Duration 2 min per person.
• Total time required 30 min. +15min valuation.
• Time: 10:50-11:30 am
• Two panel is set.
• Venu : R&D Seminar hall, classroom available
• No. of participants expected 20-25
• Elimination will be based on cumulative valuation of 1&2
rounds.
• Participants proceeding to round 3 will be 15.
 Round 3 (Video making)
Participants are asked to make a live reporting video of the event that is
being happening.
• 4 locations will be given to the participants.
• Participants can get help of resources available within the college
to shoot the video.
• Only a single video of 5 min. is accepted.
• Total time required 1hrs.
• Time: 11:45 am-12:45 pm.
• Video will be collected using pen drive, usb cable etc.
• No. of participants expected 15.
• No. of participants proceeding to round 4 will be 6.
• Result will be declared at 1:15 pm.
 Round 4 (Mock Press meet)
Participants will be given name of certain persons along with a
situation . And they have to answer various questions asked.
• Duration 10 min. per person.
• Total time required 1hr.
• Time : 1:25-2:25 pm.
• Venu : R&D Seminar hall
• No. of participants expected 6.
• No. of participants proceeding to round 5 will be 3.
Round 5 (CEO V/S CEO)

Participants will be given certain stressful situation.

• Duration 10 min. per person.
• Total time required 45 min.
• Time :2:30 -3:30 pm.
• Venu : R&D Seminar hall

MARKETING GAME
ROUND 1- Quiz

The questions will be shown on the screen.

• Questions based on brand,product identification and general
questions.
• Total 30 questions (duration each question 10 second)
• Total mark- 30 (every correct answer-1 point, no negative
marks)
• Round time (10.30-11.30)
• Valuation and elimination(11.15-11.35)

• Number of team expected to next round – 10 teams

 Round 2- Ad making and poster making

• Each team will be provided a product (by lot)

• Every team should create Ad and poster.
• Total -150 marks (Ad-100 marks,poster-50 marks)
• Total time (11.45-12.30)
• Participants will be provided 30 minutes for preparing Ad and poster.
• Number of team expected to next round – 4 teams
• Requirements: rubber band,stumber ball,finger
cap,balloon,gloves,swimming cap,elastic,rubber mat,watch
strap,band
Round 3- product selling and market research
Product selling
• Each team will be provided with 1 product for selling
• Total time (1.30-3.00)- (product selling and market
research)
• Sell the product outside the campus (vazhakulam)
• Participants are required to utilise public transportation
and submit transportation ticket.
• Team who get maximum profit get more point.
• Score (100,90,80,70) based on profit.
Market research

• Marketing plan -pineapple by product

• Research conducted at vazhakulam market
• Presentation(3.10-3.50)
• Each team have 10 minute for presentation.
• Total marks -100
• Evaluation time (3.50-4.00)
Treasure hunt
 Round 1 - Case study
• Every team will be getting a case and must complete the case
within the time period.
• Each team will be getting 15 minutes for solving the case.
• It is a team round. All members must participate in this round.
• There will be 5 cases and it consists of 5 questions in each case.
• Mobile phones are strictly prohibited.
• Time for this round will be 30 minutes.
Identification of place

• This is the second game in the first round. Images of

different places will be shown in the screen.
• Participants should identify the image shown on the screen.
• Image will be displayed only for 30 seconds and
participants want to write the answer within 30 seconds.
• Usage of mobile phone is strictly prohibited.
• Time allocated for this round is 30 minutes.
 Round -2
Selfie round

• Take selfie with items/people in the list provided.

• All members in the team must be participated in this round.
• Taken selfie which is visibly clear.
• If the picture is two or more, make it as collage.
• Don’t destroy college properties.
• Time provided for this round will be 45 minutes.
Coin collection

• All members in the team must be participated in the round.

• Collect 100 coins.
• Participants can collect one- rupee coins, two-rupee coins, five-
rupee coins.
• Coins to be collected which is issued only in the year 2011.
• Participants are not expected to go out of the campus for the
collection of coins.
• Time allotted for the game will be 30 minutes.
 Round -3

Treasure hunt

• It’s the treasure time. Collect the hidden clues and find the
treasure.
• All members in the team must be participated.
• Use mobile phones according to the instructions of the
coordinators.
• Collect all hidden clues.
• Don’t destroy college properties.
• Don’t destroy opponent team clues or don’t hide it.
• Time allotted for the game will be one and half hour.
TALENT GAME
Round 1
• Two students from each team should participate in this round.
• Use of mobile phones are strictly prohibited in this round.
• Image will be shown on the smart board for 30 seconds.
• Judges decisions will be final.
• Total time – 30min.
• Any misconduct of the candidates will lead to the disqualification of the team.
• Elimination will takes place according to the marks secured in this round.l
Memory Test

• Some images will be shown on the smart board, you have to memorize the
images and position of the images shown.
• Questions will be asked according to the images shown.
• 15 seconds - To memorize the image.
• 15 seconds - To write the answers.
• Total duration -15min
Question Creation

• An image will be shown on the screen, you have to

make number of questions as possible.
• The questions should be in “WH” format.
• Questions should be realistic.
• Time allowed - 15 min
 Computer Skills

• You will be provided with a sample hard copy and you have
to create the same with the help of MS word, MS excel and
MS PowerPoint.
• Create an invitation card of “BIZION”.
• Create a graph according on the Excel sheet provided.
• Time allowed – 30 min
 ROUND 2 -Enigma Quest
• Some clues will be provided, find the answers and make a
valuable product.
• 10 min for answering the clues.
• Each answers will be a physical material.
• Total Time allowed – 20 min.
• All members should participate in this game.
• Use of mobile phones are strictly prohibited in this round.
 Synchronization Dance
• All members should participate in this game.
• A demo dance video will be provided, learn it properly and
enact the performance in this platform with synchronization and
coordination.
• The marks will be provided according to your team
synchronization.
• You can use mobile phones for practice.
• 20 minutes will be provided for practice
Round 3 -Content Creation

• Imagine that you are a social media influencer.

• You will be provided with some products.
• You have to create a content reel using the given product using your
creativity.
• Give a promotion to the store “Dazzles” using the products given
by them.
• Content should have a duration of at least 30 seconds.
• Total Time – 1hr
Toy Making
• Make a useful toy with provided materials by adding your
creativity.
• All the materials provided has to be used.
• Time allowed – 30 min

 Instructions
• Photography is a group event. Group should consist of 4
members.
• The 4 members in the group is split into two. As groups with
2 members.
• One theme is given to one group and the second theme is
given to the next team.
• Two hour is given for these two groups to submit one photo
for these two themes.
• Photo should relate the theme. Each team should submit only
one photo according to the each themes.
• Photos should be taken in the mobile phones.
• Photos are allowed to take inside the college premises.
• Picture should be 1024 pixels height x 768 pixels
width (16:9) . (Others are invalid)
• Editing of the photograph is not allowded. Any
misconduct of the candidates may lead to the
disqualification of the team.
• Photos should be sent to the coordinators as
documents through WhatsApp.
• The decisions of the event head, evaluators of the
Bizion 2k23 will be final.

GUIDELINES
• Reel must be in portrait format.
• Reel must be completed within stipulated time.
• Reels are supposed to be shoot inside the
campus.
• Inappropriate or offensive content will be
disqualified.
• Team must ensure the participation of each and
every members
• Any misconduct of any candidate will lead to the
disqualification of the team.
• The reels should not exceed 1 minute.
• Reels should be sent to the students coordinators
WhatsApp numbers.
• All the contestants are requested to sent their reel
video to coordinators along with their chest
number and college names.

SCORE

• 10 marks will be awarded for each criteria,total 30 marks

for each themes.
• Marks will be awarded based on the content, creativity in
presentation and participation of group members.
• Total score is calculated out of 120 marks.
