How to make recycled
pillow?
TOOLS AND MATERIALS NEEDED:
- PAIR OF SCISSORS
- PLASTIC
- COVER/CLOTH
- NEEDLE
- THREAD
- EMPTY FOIL PACKS
Steps in pillow making
1. Collect the materials needed in
pillow making.

2. Cut the plastic foil into strips about
an inch long. Cut the strips thinly until
you have enough plastic foil packs to
fill your pillow.
3. Sew the cloth/plastic cover
edges,
and leave a small opening.

4. Fill the pillowcase with a
thinly cut plastic foils.

5. Close the opening to ensure that no
filling will come out.

Pillowcase
Pillowcase is a removable sack-like
covering drawn over a pillow, usually
of cotton fabric. This is very important
for having comfortable and healthy
sleeping; it protects the pillow from
dust and stain.

How to make Recycled Pillowcase?
Procedure:
1. Measure the length and width of the pillow you want to make a case.
2. Transfer the measurement to the polo using pencil and ruler, make
sure the polo is turn to wrong side.
3. Cut the polo with ½= seams allowance from the mark.
4. Stitch along the raw edges of the polo using running stiches.
5. Turn the pillowcase right side out; gently poke the corners
6. Fill the pillowcase with pillow and buttons up the case.
