 The undersigned personally attended the office of XEN

MIW on 25.09.2023 and requested him for kindly issuing
the condemnation certificate so that further processing
can be done. The receiving of the letter No.640-42/1-T
dated 22-09-2023 is attached for ready reference. But
unfortunately despite repeated reminders the
condemnation certificate has not been issued. 3
