Question 1
In the project pipeline, we need to hire a corrector who
will be responsible for the Sanskrit/Hindi/English text
correction, like spellcheck, grammar etc. Which of the
following candidates would you hire?
• A Sanskrit scholar who holds advanced knowledge and expertise in
Sanskrit but is old(50-60 years) and needs technical help.
• A young graduate in Sanskrit who isn’t an expert but needs technical
help at times.
• A middle aged woman who has Hindi and English proficiency, has
technical knowledge but isn’t an expert in Sanskrit language.
• A graduate in Hindi who has Sanskrit proficiency and is fine with the
software and Git knowledge but not a professional.
Question 2
If the hired candidate has vast knowledge but
continuously requires your help with the software, how
will you help him provided you have to complete your
work in time?
Question 3
There’s a colleague in your team who is frequently late
in completing tasks, delivering quality work, how would
you tackle this situation? How do you ensure that you
and your team remain focused on the milestones and
deadlines?
Question 4
How can we improvise our Corrector-Verifier software?
Any new features can be added, if yes, what features?
Or an improvement of the existing features?
