 INTRODUCTION
Tomori Petrotechnical Data Management (TPDM) is a system to manage the
subsurface data and deliver the information respectively. The scope of work of the
system are:
• Centralize Subsurface Data System
• Standardize the Subsurface Digital Data
• Digitalize the Hard Copy Dataset
• Extract and Display on web-application

DATA STANDARDIZATION
Legacy Dataset: SEGY, PDF, LAS, JPG, DWG, etc.

This naming format is only intended for the file that will be
stored in the database server. (the golden version).

All the managed data will be renamed using the pre-defined

format discussed with user.

PPDM v.3.9 already adapted to the

SQL database used in the TPDM
system

Database imported from PUDC (MDR format) was not included to the inhouse PPDM database.
Temporary db is created for the current phase of database integration.
 DATA CENTRALIZATION

Folder scheme used for TSDM subsurface data center.

Seismic folder scheme is soon to be revised (Input from IT department to avoid storage issue in the server that might harm the
application process).

Data from Medco database already sorted and waiting approval for the data. Cross-checking with the inhouse data availability is on
process inline with the data digitalization progress (scanning hardcopy data from SIGMA)

 DATA DIGITALIZATION – PROGRESS
• Scanned consists of all well log hardcopy data records belonging to SIGMA + JOB that has been digitalized
• Remaining consists of In-House JOB Tomori Data that is yet scanned (as per 03/11/23)
 DATA DIGITALIZATION – SIGMA Well Log Data
• Total scanned well logs data (hardcopy) acquired from Sigma: 182 data – ALL SCANNED.
• Mainly consisting of the following wells: Tiaka-1, Tiaka,-2, Tiaka-3, Tiaka-4.
All scanned SIGMA well logs data are accessible through JOB-Tomori Clouds.
Details on each well logs file names and respective depths is also recorded.
 DATA DIGITALIZATION – JOB TOMORI Well Log Data
• Total In-House well logs data (hardcopy) existing in JOB Tomori: 181 data
• Data scanned by Request JOB was done in June 2023, meanwhile In-House JOB Tomori
data was received in September 2023 and currently still in scanning process
Scanning process is ongoing for Well Log Data and Well Reports

 WEB-APPLICATION

• Actual data will be added frequently (including the newly digitalized data)
• The web-application is online at tsdm.job-tomori.com and accessible for every TPD staffs
• Production data dashboard is on progress (utilization SCADA using API for production data
parameters is done, now working on production allocation dashboard and features)
• Seismic viewer feature is accessible, improvement on the feature will be done soon after the
storage is ready.

 TIMELINE vs REALIZATION

Due to Covid situation, data digitalization and integration were not able to be executed, thus the amendment
was proposed on this project to finalize these tasks. TPDM features development is included during this
period.
Amendment Timeline:
 PHASE 1 DELIVERABILITY:
• The Web-Application has been successfully launched and is undergoing continuous development to
incorporate additional features.
• A centralized data scheme has been established on the development server to facilitate streamlined
data management.
• Data standardization is continuously discussed accordingly
• PPDM database adaptation is completed with modifications tailored to meet specific needs of the
system.
• Digitalization of hard copy data consisting of Well Logs and Well Reports is ongoing
• Digitation of Well Log data from scanned image files to las data is ongoing

BACKGROUND SCOPE OF WORK REMARK

• JOB Tomori Petrotechnical Data Management was
established to accommodate all subsurface and well data
• Many inconsistencies were found between hard-copy
database index with the ‘actual’ documents stored, some
of which have not yet been digitized.
• The need for developing and maintaining JOB Tomori
Petrotechnical Data Management System.
• Implementing an Interactive Dashboard to streamline data
entry for JOB Tomori users within the system.
• Performing maintenance and improving system’s
performance
