BAKIT KAYA
MAY TAONG
NAMBUBULLY?
MAY GUSTO
BA SILANG
PATUNAYAN?
TIPS PARA
MAIWASAN
ANG
PAMBUBULLY
• Huwag pansinin ang buli,
dedmahin na lamang at iwan sila sa
tuwing gumawa sila ng aksyon ng
pambubully. Mas lalo lamang
kasing lumalakas ang loob ng mga
bully sa tuwing sila ay
pinagtutuunan ng atensyon
2. Umiwas sa pisikalan, huwag na
huawg gagamitan ng pisikal na
pakikipaglaban ang ma nambubully.
Maaring mas masaktang lamang kung
gaganti sa paraang pisikal. Ang
paghihiganti sa bayolenteng paraan ay
mag reresulta ng hindi maganda.
3. Huwag hayaan makialam ang iba sa
sariling buhay, ikaw lamang at wala ng
ibang maaring makialam sa sarili mong
buhay. Walang sinumang
makapagdidikta sa kung ano ang dapat
mong gawin at desisyon na
isasakatuparan.
4. Palakasin ang kumpyansa sa sarili,
upang hindi maging mainit sa mata ng
mga bully, bakit hindi subukang
palasakin ang kumpyansa sa sarili.
Silang mahihina ang loob, tahimik,
mahiyain, at mababa ang tingin sa sarili
ang kadalasang nabibiktima ng
pambubully
5. Kausapin ang ibang taong may
awtoridad, kung biktima ng
pambubully, mabuting lumapit sa ibang
nakakatanda at mapagkakatiwalaang
indibidwal na may awtoridad
