My role:
I am responsible for meeting nonfinancial
and other financial targets such as
revenue generation through sales,
sponsorships, partnerships and new
events.

Department role:
a. To collaborate, organize and execute
the tasks with the other departments.
b. To assist all the departments to make
this event successful by reaching all
the targets that were determined.
c. To provide insights on the ground
level feasibility of the activities.

My role:

To manage the overall operations of the event
including the physical and the virtual run and
create a cost-effective plan for the smooth
execution of the event.

smooth manner.

Our Role:
AND SALES
As CMOs we are responsible for the Marketing department that
will oversee marketing strategies to promote Kanyathon 2023,
increase the sales through audience engagement, raise
awareness about the cause, and aid in conversions.

Department Role:
a. The Marketing department will have two teams, Promotions
and Sales.
b. The promotional team works to spread the message
revolving around the cause prior to the event.

Our Role:
As the CDMOs of Kanyathon, we aim to grow
the reach and visibility of the event. The goal is
to ensure that we make optimal use of digital
platforms and tap a wider audience to join hands
for this cause.

Department Role:
1. The Digital Marketing Department is to
work closely with the marketing team and

My Role:
As a CTO the role would be to lead two
teams. The roles of the two different
teams would be to supervise the
modifications to be made on the
website and to make sure the online
registration process is a smooth
experience.

Department role:
As a department, the roles would
revolve predominantly around two

My Role:
To ensure that Kanyathon’s brand

My Role:
CIO is the Head of the Registration Team for
Kanyathon and is held responsible for all the
information related to internal and external sales as
well as the registration process.

Department Role:
1. The registration team is the central data bank
of the Kanyathon Event and interacts with
every department in Kanyathon and makes
sure that they have received their required data
for the smooth running of their activity.
2. The department is responsible for building the
Master Data, Consolidated Data, Sales Data,
Stock Lifting Data, Bulk Sales Data, among Kartick Pai
many others and update it regularly to avoid Chief Information Officer – CIO

Our Role:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is
responsible for all financial transactions,
including the opening bank balance and any net
surplus from donations.
We are in charge of creating a budget, revising
it frequently, and monitoring the bank balance
of the Kanyathon account.

Department role:
The finance department will collaborate with all

Our role:
To monitor productivity and help the CXO’s
communicate with other departments and
faculties. Collaborate with other departments
in college to recruit more volunteers and find
superior talent for the necessary roles and
tasks.

Department role:
This department helps in identifying
potential candidates, supports all CXOs in

To brainstorm ideas for the physical and

comprehensive execution plan for these
events. These events include pre and
post ticketing phase events along with
other engagers.

ticket phase, that are mostly for

GAMING
My role:
The Chief Gaming Officer will be incharge of
bringing in revenue from gamers, planning of
events and strategies, engage and smooth
execution to enhance gamer experience.

Department role:
Under the gaming department, members are
supposed to link with gamers from different
parts of the country and convince them to join
our event. Should contact famous streamers,
gamers and coordinate the events for smooth
functioning.

My role:
CVRO is the Head of Virtual Run for
Kanyathon and is responsible for all the

1. Virtual run team must promote the virtual
run and motivate people to take part from
various parts of the world. Generating
maximum leads and encouraging people
to be a part of the good cause
2. Keeping the participants engaged and
