 Operational – He is focuses on getting in the
time frame/ time management through planning
of sessions.
 Visionary – He is focused & looking ahead/
result oriented & motivates student in learning
 Transformational – He is focused to move the
students step by step during the course.

 Set direction(Vision): Encourage
Students to develop a vision .
 Align the students to the vision : Insure
all energy & other facets of students are
aligned to the lesson being taught.
