• A business in lake resorts is a chance to have a business of their own, to
give people the opportunity to relax, to have a dream holiday. Whether
you open a business at sea, in the mountains or at the saddle, applications
will increase with each year. If you offer conditions that guests will be
satisfied with, they will definitely return for their next stay.

• The business will only bring in revenue from renting floating houses of
about 100,800. This does not take into account the income from renting
other services for a fee as well as for the income made from meals (lunch
+ dinner).

• Starting with the 3rd year of operation, all investments will be depreciated, from
that moment on the business will be on profit for the next 3 years (then we expect
it is necessary to refurbish the bungalows).

• A business in lake resorts at the moment is a possible investment of real success,

which does not involve relatively high costs, and the period of amortization of the
investment is a decent one. Of course, any investment carries risks, it can change
legislation, it can defend a new economic crisis that reduces the number of
tourists or competition, but these are risks assumed, no business can guarantee
100% profit.
