ELIGIBILITY:

1. The competition is open to all amateur K-pop cover groups ages 16-25 years old residing
in the Philippines.
2. The group may comprise all males, all females, or mixed genders.
3. All members must belong to one group only.
4. For the qualifying round, each group must cover one (1) song from one (1) Kpop
Group/Artist only.
REGISTRATION AND ENTRY SUBMISSION:

1. Accomplish the registration form provided (https://bitly.ws/WWd7)

2. Photocopy of any valid government-issued or school ID.
3. The deadline for registration is on November 18, 2023, no later than midnight.
4. Each group must submit a 3-5 minute dance cover and one (1) minute group introduction.
VIDEO SUBMISSION FORMAT:
● Song and video quality must be in full high-definition.
● Old videos or used videos from past auditions are not allowed.
● Costumes/Props must be appropriate.
● Strictly no video effects and editing.
● A good and presentable surrounding is required.
● The video must be filmed in one shot without cuts.
● Video must be in horizontal orientation standstill with no camera movements.
● The video must be in MP4 or MOV format.
REGISTRATION AND ENTRY SUBMISSION:

5. Submit a creative full-body shot of the group (jpeg or png format).

6. The deadline for the submission of entries is on November 25, 2023, no later than 6:00 PM. Must be
emailed to activities2@worldbexevents.com, copy furnished to activities1@worldbexevents.com with
the subject: WHS: K-pop Dance Cover Audition.
7. Submission of entries can be via Google Drive or WeTransfer.
8. The organizing committee will screen all the submitted entries, and only six (6) groups will qualify to
proceed to the Final Round on December 20, 2023, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM at the World Trade Center Metro
Manila.
How To Join:
1. Open to all cosplayers ages 15-35 and residing in Metro Manila and Luzon area.

2. Register for free and attach the following requirements to complete your registration:
- 1 High-resolution creative full body shot cosplaying the character of choice
- A short description of the chosen character

3. The deadline for registration is on November 20, 2023 until 6PM Manila time.

4. Submitted entries will be shortlisted, and only 20 participants will be selected to proceed to the
event proper on December 16, 2023, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM at the World Trade Center Metro Manila.

5.The shortlisted participants must cosplay one favorite character from their favorite movies, anime,
video games, comics, cartoons, and others.

6. Finalists will be announced on November 23, 2023, at the World Bazaar Festival Official Facebook
Page at https://www.facebook.com/worldbazaarfestival.
