struggles experience in there efforts of balancing their part time job with their
education.
3.And also the coping mechanizing employed by the CSS Students in balancing their
Conclusion
Based on the findings, the following conclusion was drawn:
Balancing job and academics is a challenging task for computer systems
servicing learners, as they struggle to manage their time and prioritize their
responsibilities. The learners also face various barriers in trying to balance their
job and academics, such as work-related stress, family responsibilities, and
financial constraints. The study highlights the need for educational institutions
and employers to provide support and resources to computer systems servicing
learners to help them balance their job and academics effectively.Theory of
Kirchmeyer (Reference Kirchmeyer, Cooper and Rousseau (2000): Work-Life
Balance Theory defined work-life balance as achieving satisfying experiences in
all domains of life with personal resources such as energy , time, and
commitment efficiently distributed across domains.Future research can explore
further the experiences of computer systems servicing learners in balancing job
and academics, as well as the effectiveness of different coping strategies and
support systems.
Recommendations
In this stage, the researchers are able to give recommendations to each
person who is involved in this study.
1.To the working students. Treat the time for studying like the time for working.
2.o the parents. Still guide your son or daughter by providing special time
and making them feels valued. This boosts their abilities and strengths.
3.To the teachers. Motivate your students to pursue and reach their dreams.
For them to never give up and surpass all the challenges they encounter.
4.To the future researchers. Increase the number of participants to attain more
key themes and more accurate results.
5.Students should ask for assistance from peers or someone on households to help them with
their lessons.
6.Students should approach their teacher more often after class to clarify the part of the lesson
they didn't able to fully understand.
7.It is suggested for the senior high school teacher to use different teaching strategies in their
class because students are having difficulties in coping and learning their other subjects.
