PROJECTS
• 2023 YEAR I HAVE STARTED THIS YEAR WITH MINITAB Statistical SOFTWARE
. WHERE IN START 2 MONTH I WAS FOCUSING ON MINITAB LICENSE AND TRAINING
PART AND ALSO FOLLOWING THE PAST CLIENT.
• THEN FROM 3 MONTH MARCH SECOND QUARTER AND THIRD QUARTER. I WAS
FOCUSING ON MINITAB EXCHANGE EVENT TO GIVE MY 100% WHICH STARTED FROM
MUMBAI CITY WHERE I HAVE GIVEN MY BEST TO GET AS MUCH AS CLIENT IN OUR
MINITAB EXCHANGE EVENT AND MAKE IT SUCCESSFUL EVENT.

50+ CLIENT IN EVENT.AND PLUS 50+ CLIENT WHO HAVE ASKED FOR QUATATION AND
SHOWN INTEREST IN MINITAB Statistical SOFTWARE.
PROJECTS OF 2023 FRIST HALF
• In the year 2023, I commenced my journey by focusing on Minitab.
During the initial two months, my attention was dedicated to
acquiring Minitab licenses and undergoing essential training.
Simultaneously, I closely followed up with past clients to ensure
continuity and engagement.
• Moving into the second and third quarters, specifically from March
onwards, my emphasis shifted towards the Minitab Exchange events.
These events spanned across various cities, commencing with
Mumbai on April 20, 2023, followed by Ahmedabad on May 26, 2023,
Delhi on June 9, 2023, Bangalore on July 5, 2023, Hyderabad on July
28, 2023, and Chennai on August 25, 2023.
 2023 SECOND HALF

• Moving into the second and third quarters, specifically from March onwards, my emphasis shifted
towards the Minitab Exchange events. These events spanned across various cities, commencing
with Mumbai on April 20, 2023, followed by Ahmedabad on May 26, 2023, Delhi on June 9, 2023,
Bangalore on July 5, 2023, Hyderabad on July 28, 2023, and Chennai on August 25, 2023.

• During these six Minitab Exchange events held in different cities, my commitment was
unwavering. I dedicated my efforts to make the event successful, starting with the one in Mumbai
2023. The outcome was rewarding, as I successfully secured around 50+ clients across all six
events.

• Furthermore, beyond the 50+ clients actively engaged during the Minitab Exchange events, an
additional 80+ clients have expressed interest by seeking quotations and traning for the Minitab
Statistical Software. I am diligently working to address the inquiries, provide tailored solutions,
and foster lasting relationships with these prospective clients.
PROJECTS OF 2023 last quarter
• In the last quarter, my attention pivoted towards two key aspects of our services:
Analytics Process Automation (APA) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The
primary objective was to secure discovery meetings with clients, offering them a
comprehensive understanding of our solutions. This involved not only presenting the
capabilities of our APA solution but also delving into the intricacies of Project Portfolio
Management.

• Simultaneously, I diligently worked on addressing the Minitab requirements of those

clients who participated in the Minitab Exchange events. The goal was to tailor our
offerings to meet their specific needs and ensure a seamless integration of Minitab
into their analytical processes.
• By focusing on these dual fronts, I aimed to provide our clients with a holistic and
tailored approach to meet their diverse analytical and project management needs.
CHALLENGES
• Before my participation in Minitab Exchange events, I had not been
involved in a project of this nature. This experience has played a crucial
role in improving my skills related to working towards specific goals and
establishing deadlines to attain desired outcomes.
• I have developed a deeper comprehension of customer engagement,
involving the creation and nurturing of relationships with customers
that go beyond mere transactions.
• This encompasses understanding and responding to customer needs,
crafting valuable experiences, and cultivating a loyal customer base. I've
also learned the significance of goal-oriented strategies and the
importance of structured timelines in achieving successful results.
AREAS TO IMPROVE ON
• The primary area for improvement is centered around a sharper focus on
comprehending customer requirements and adapting to provide the optimal
solution. This involves actively listening to the needs and expectations of the
customer, gaining a thorough understanding of their unique challenges, and
tailoring solutions to precisely meet those requirements. By enhancing this aspect,
we can ensure a more customer-centric approach, fostering stronger relationships
and delivering solutions that align seamlessly with their objectives.
• Enhance communication channels to ensure quick and clear exchanges, reducing
the risk of and delays.

• Exploring SSA applications that can assist in finding suitable time slots, considering
the availability
RESULTS
• During this period, I have successfully engaged with over 200+ clients who expressed interest by seeking
quotations and participating in discovery meetings for the Minitab Statistical Software License plus
Training and our solutions too.

• So over here its not possilbe to include all the opportunity but yes there were some great client i have

• I've had an extraordinary journey over the past year, especially during the Minitab Exchange event
where I had the pleasure of meeting participant . It was truly amazing to witness the bonds formed, to
the extent that some clients actively sought me out at an event I couldn't attend. Describing my journey
from the last year is a bit challenging because the learning experience has been beyond words. The
connections made and the knowledge gained have truly made it an incredible and fulfilling journey.
FUTURE PLANS AND EXPECTATIONS
FROM ME
• I am eager to understand the primary objectives and goals set for our
department in the upcoming 12 months, such as specific targets and
priorities that demand our focused attention and efforts during this
period?

• I would like to gain clarity on the expectations from me, such as the
specific responsibilities, tasks, or goals that I should focus on?
