    Concept

    Summary Characters
    Two lonely college students see • Danielle likes being by herself,
    each other through a window and always sits at same picnic bench

    Genre
    The genre we have been given for this project is romance, which
    we were initially apprehensive about, as we have never worked
    with it before, so just researching what makes a romantic film was
    a learning curve for us. I had an inkling of its key characteristics,
    but I wasn’t too sure, so in my free time I created this mood board
    to familiarise myself with some more key characteristics – some of
    which we are including in our film include:
    • Young protagonists
    • Soft background music
    • Using hints throughout the story

    *IMPORTANT*
    As I mentioned previously, my
    original idea involving using two
    separate classrooms didn’t go to
    plan, which is why the settings
    illustrated in the storyboard are
    different to that of the final
    product. When I went to have a
