    back ? “ it means the ability to be willing
    and prepared to help or defend
    someone, to look out for someone in
    case he or she need an assistant .
    how can we implement it in the work environment ?

    we could emerge this idiom to the work place to make it more


    efficient and by doing so everyone will work better because as an
    individual u can get sloppy but by working collaboratively each
    individual will try their best to cover his part then after it’s being
    reviewed if there’s any errors they will cover your back and catch it
