Ravi sir showed:


- How to add Windows 10 CPU inner parts
- I also learned about extended display.
I also helped Ravi sir make an Excel sheet for 200
new monitors based on hostname.
4 & 5 with kaushal sir

-Learned pivot tables for chabot data analysis by gathering and


preparing the data,creating a pivot table, analysing the results,
and making data-driven decisions.
9 with ravi sir

-Did some work with Ravi sir in locating and dividing CPUs and
monitors by adding stickers according to which place they would
go for example: school or trust.
11 with mitesh mehta sir

-Get to know about the helpdesk website where helpdesk requests


come from and also about assigning and forwarding requests if
they are solved by another person.
-We can view the history of requests and we can forward request if
someone solved it.
-Get to know about remote desktop connections,remote assistance,
SSO, and Active Directory users and computers.

-I learned about the APPAZO software, which is used to handle


temporary (pool) and permanent requests for laptops.
-Also, which type and configuration of laptops are distributed now
compared to what they were back in 2007
-Get to know about the whole cycle from the user request to the
request being closed and every person that comes in between, as well
as the rules, regulations, and policy form that the user has to sign.
-Any laptop must be replaced every 5 years.

Sir told me about what steps should a user should do:-


-Backup through one drive which gives 1 tb per employee
-User profile configuration
-If additional software needed then there are two tools which can
hpsm(global tam) and RAPPIT(local team)
-Basic softwares can be installed vai software center and critrix
workspace.
-The internet access is given through VIMS

-Sir explained about the Spider software which is a inventory


manager and it is managed manually.
-This software is used to allocate & deallocate assets and admin
can also view which user have which asset with its all information
like serial no,status,model,BMN and function unit.

Get to know about SCCM .


-It is a Endpoint management software for microsoft
devices,applications and server and maily it is used to
manage,deploy,patching,updating and distributing softwares in
bulk from one place
-It looks through AD and can installs required apps on each user
-It also has pxe to deploy OS in user network and user only have
to install it

-It can be deployed on windows server and cloud(Azure mainly


used)
-It also has wsus to update windows and it needs SQL database
and server to store all software and user asset data.
-Admin can view software and harware of user and other
important thing is that user have to use CMG to access network
from outside premises.

- Rappit is a Tool where requests regarding access to drivers and


applications are put.
-If a request is rejected we must add comment .
-This tool is only available in the local area network.

-I did analysis on helpdesk data from 03/01/2022 to 28/04/2023


-Doing data analysis on helpdesk data helped me to understand
more about helpdesk .
-The most important thing I learned is that I understood which
type of requests are there and all ITH members .
