     Toensure the smooth implementation of the curriculum, each
    department or ministry of education in any country has established
    a system that will take charge of whole work planning,
    development, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum.
     The Philippines follows centralized system of curriculum
    development and implementation that starts from the national
    level down to the school local level.

     Enhancing the total development of learners through local and national
    programs and/or projects.
