    EFFECT OF COVID-19 ON PROJECT ACTIVITIES

     Due to Corona virus, availability of contractor’s foreign experts for testing and commissioning is become
    uncertain and visits are getting delayed in several packages like Sinter plant, SMS, TSC-HSM, Oxygen Plant and
    others.

     Due to lockdown declared by Govt, pace of work at site like RMHS, By Product plant, SMS, TSC-HSM, etc has been
    hampered and is very slow owing to various constraints like social distancing, working hours, etc.

     Non availability Foreign supervisor/engineer from China at site due to Corona-virus has slowed down the
    decision making and hampering overall site progress of Lime and Dolomite plant.

     Non availability of imported Refractories have been hampering the work at site for several packages.

     Supply chain management of construction material, indigenous structure & equipment & imported equipment
    has been hampered in several packages due to lockdown.

     Shortage of available manpower at site due to large scale exodus of the migrant labours has severely impacted
    the progress rate in several packages.

     Many of Equipment suppliers to whom comfort letters have been issued, are badly affected by Lockdowns
