Education is a must for every man and women from birth to death...
Why ?
• Because it makes us use our human gift.
• One who not get educated, would be closeminded, unaware of the truth, power & ignored
of real scenario.
• He would remain stick to animal pattern of eating hunting (job) sleeping and fun.

Is it a thing to take easy?

So, this is not easy go thing. It's very serious and conscious matter.
We can't get over it with merely printing book and exam to memorize & write to pass it
It is an Imanat of Allah for anyone related to education department.

Content

Should be very impactful with no unnecessary/useless information. For it turns up either in

the mental slavery of a student mind or in his empowerment so, it should
• Aware the student of various concepts as well as technological revolution which is
shaping the world right now.
• Be Conceptual study only because in school only basic knowledge of the world matter
so, it should not be comprising long unnecessary paragraph.
Subject related long studies
Assessment matter in specialize study
Is it a memorization competition? or pure learning?
It should be Activity based, Individual & group learning, daily assessment. Done in the

Teacher

Teachers are the key role players for the future development of a Nation, very necessary
component. But if teacher is unambitious, induce fear, stuff book material & not make
it learn then it equates mental harshness. A Teacher
• Should know psychology, how brain works & their behavior either make or break
student.
• How to activate mind to involve & engage in class, excite for learning, enhance power
of mind for growth.
Teachers should learn this fact or if require, replace them with up-to-
date active minded enthusiastic teachers because no matter how much the course is
useful, upgraded or brilliant a student is if teacher is lazy outdated unprepared inactive
harsh, for making money only then whole education system will be collapsed in achieving
desired result
With education people change & their change can impact the overall
condition of a Nation

• Only an Empowered Generation can result into a Developed Nation. But for
Empowerment, Education is necessary.
• School Education is not for stuffing unnecessarily long knowledge like if they are
to specialize in it, with focus being restricted to a certain field of science only and
neglecting current paradigm-setting Technological Revolution.
• This will not only make the student ignorant of various present worthy things but
also push the student to be psychologically weak, insecure with fear to secure
highest with memorizing only, It is Outdated

• Admission at age 7+
• Give topics to study via YouTube/Webpage/Library etc. for getting them engaged
in learning while at home. Give handouts or provide computer labs for students who
do not have access to internet
• Provide Health & Counsel department with Psychologist to ensure Mental healthiness of
students & teachers
• Have team of online Education Trainer for teacher guidance & counseling. Who educate
the teachers on New content (at least for a year so the teacher get experienced on it) &
train them to teach in the best way.
