1ST INDOOR SIRUMA VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT 2022

(MEN & WOMEN CATEGORY)

ELIGIBILITY
1. The tournament is open to all bonafied resident/ employee in the municipality can play the said
tournament.
2. No age limit.
3. Strictly no vaccination card, NO PLAY Policy.
GENERAL RULES PART I:

• 1. All participating teams must be composed of 6-14 members only ( can be inter-barangay/ inter-
agency). ONLY 10 TEAMS PER CATEGORY !
• 2. Team captain to "flip coin" before the game to determine choice of the serve, receive or side.
• 3. Changing or adding of players is not allowed when the tournament has already started. What's on the
list is the final players.
• 4. Any team failed to report twenty (20) minutes of the scheduled time shall be considered loss by
default.
• 8. Referees decision is FINAL AND EXECUTORY.
• 9. All teams must observe and follow the rules and regulations of the tournament.
• 10. Only the team captain can ask for time out and assistant coach.
 GENERAL RULES PART II:

• 11. A protest by any teams shall not be entertained when the game is already starting.
• 12. All players, coaching staff and officials are bound to display sportsmanlike conduct during
• the tournament. ANY VIOLATION in this rule can be ground for his/her suspension from
playing/officiating further on that game.
• 13. Players are encouraged to be at the venue at least thirty (30) minutes before the schedule game.
• 14. Any player found by the management to be under the influenced of liquor shall not be allowed to
play nor to sit in rightful bench of the player. This is to avoid trouble during the tournament.
• 15. Each team must bring clean drinking water in every game.
• 16. Tournament format is single elimination and shall be presented to participant on the opening day of
the tournament.
• 17. The management is not liable or nothing to do in case of injuries to the player.
• 18. Team Jersey is highly encourage.
• 19. Strictly Float / Jump Serve ONLY.
