This study aims to evaluate students' awareness of the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 and the relationship between awareness and bullying incidence among private high school students in Concepcion, Tarlac. Specifically, it examines students' and teachers' descriptions of awareness levels and types of bullying, and assesses differences between their perspectives. It also describes bullying incidence according to type and examines the relationship between awareness and experienced bullying. Finally, it considers teachers' views on strengthening anti-bullying law implementation and proposes intervention activities based on findings. The study uses a mixed-methods sequential explanatory design collecting quantitative survey data and qualitative interview data to analyze awareness levels and describe bullying incidence.

Division of Tarlac Statement of the Problem This study’s major concern is to evaluate the students’ level of awareness on anti-bullying law and its relationship to the bullying incidence among private high school students in Concepcion Tarlac for the School Year 2022-2023.
Specifically, it pursues to answer the specific questions:
1. How may the teachers’ and student-respondents describe the level
of awareness on the anti-bullying law along the following dimensions: 1.1. forms of bullying; 1.2. legal implications of bullying; 1.3. prohibited acts; 1.4. prevention and intervention program; and 1.5. duties and responsibilities? 2. Is there a significant difference in the assessment on the level of awareness of the former and the latter?
3. How may the teacher-respondents describe the incidence of
bullying along with the following: 3.1. physical; 3.2. verbal; 3.3. psychological; and 3.4. cyberbully?
4. Is there a significant relationship between the level of
awareness and bullying incidence experienced by the learners?
5. What are the teachers’ views on strengthening the
implementation of an anti-bullying law in the schools? 6. What proposed intervention activities on the anti-bullying program can be made based on the findings?
