A SUDDEN

TOUR ACROSS CHINA

 • That night was the coldest night of the year, we
all were heading back home with the city's lamp
posts and the occasional car lights of insomniac
drivers guiding our paths. We made small talk
1.STORY with one another, unaware of one particular van
with its headlights off slowing down. The last
thing we heard was the door clicking open and a
vicious crack to the skull.

• We woke up 21 hours later(how you know
that ?), each was bound to a chair. A group
of well-built men surrounded us, they
looked roughed-up, with facial scars and
tattoos. One of them was on the phone with
someone else and was speaking in Chinese.
We were in china.
• The ring leader got off the phone
and waved a bat towards our
direction, he told us that he had
just got off a call with all of our
families and had threatened them
with the disembowlment(uhhh)
of our bodies if they didn't send
him money.
• Little did he realize that we were already cutting
loose the ropes that were bounding us to the
chairs, we escaped after stalling him with
irrelevant questions. After we escaped, we ran to
the police station in order to get back Vietnam.
• But the Chinese gangsters were
persistent, the ring leader ordered a group
to barge into the police station with
machine guns and we inevitably had to
flee the scene once more.
• After exhausting ourselves with cardio, we
found ourselves wandering around in
Wangfujing, which is a big food street in
China. Due to the packed crowds of people on
the street, so we easily lost them.
• Luckily, Phuc had some yuans, so we
got some Chinese skewers, which
were very delicious. It was such a
gorgeous view there by the way.
• But then the sky was darken, so
we decided to stay in the corner
in order to get through the night.
• Just early in the morning, we got to
the harbour in order to hide on a
cargo ship back to Vietnam. But it
was not like what we expected, the
kidnapper finally found us and tried
to catch up us.
• Eventually, we escaped and won.
We got a ship then came back to
Vietnam in peace.
