which accounts appx. 30-35% of total power costs

Optimised Situation: The authority can switch off a few rows of tube light to reduce
power consumption by 10% or otherwise there are 2 lights in one shade. One tube light
can be taken out from the shade keeping only one tube light in one shade. In this way
the mill authority can save energy consumption by 10%.

•The Mill having 18 transformers with a capacity of 24.76 MW. The consumption load of
transformers are appx 40% instead of 60-65%. The Management should think how to
increase load at 50-60% to reduce energy loss.
•厂里共有 18 个总容量为 24.76 兆瓦的变压器,变压器载荷约为 40% ,没达到 60-65% 。
•领导应考虑如何提升至 60-65% 减少能源损失。
•There are 3 compressors installed in the factory. Out of 3, one compressor is working
continiously, one intermittently and the 3 rd one is idle. The base compressor which is
working continuously is loosing its life span than the compressor which is working
intermittently. Hence both the compressors should be used to run continuously alternately
every week.
•厂里有 3 个空压机,其中 1 个是持续运作的,另一个是间歇性运作,第 3 个没有用起来,持
续运作的空压机比间歇运作的空压机损耗大,因此需要每周交替使用这两个空压机,平衡两
者负担。
•There is no colour coding in Card & Blow Room pipe lines for easily
understanding which pipe line is carrying raw materials & which pipe
lines for waste or micro dust.
This should be done for detection & easily attending break down.
开清棉和梳棉车间内原棉、废棉和微尘三条管道没有标上不同颜色进行
区分。做颜色标记可以帮助检查和分析故障。
