UPP Personality
UPP Personality is a research-based personality test that measures
important dimensions of working life, both personality and motivation.
The personality test takes about an hour to complete and gives you
unique information for your assessment.

UPP PROBLEM SOLVING
Measure a person's problem-solving ability with UPP Problem solving,
an aptitude/logic test. The test is designed to provide a clear picture of
a person's ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively.
We offer a battery of three logic/talent modules:
• Verbal ability is measured using analogy tests
• Logical-spatial ability is measured with a series of dot patterns or
other tasks where it is important to find patterns
• Numerical ability is measured with mental arithmetic, algebra, and
number series
UPP TRANSITION
UPP Transition is a personality test used in transition contexts
and is a personality test that is tailored to identify and
highlight people's potential in transition.
TOP CRITICAL THINKING
With UPP Critical Thinking, you can test the candidate's ability
for critical thinking where the test complements the typical
aptitude tests. The need to be able to review information and
draw reasonable conclusions from extensive and sometimes
contradictory information has increased in many professions,
especially in leadership and managerial roles.
TOP STEPONE SCREEN
UP StepOne Screen is a shorter recruitment test where you get an
accurate and quality-assured assessment when you have many
applicants. The test is adaptable and provides an objective assessment
of personality, motivation and problem-solving ability based on the
competencies of the position in question.
