The relationship between Change Management and Supply Chain

Design lies in the fact that effective change management is crucial
when implementing alterations to supply chain structures,
processes, or strategies.

When a company decides to redesign its supply chain, whether to

enhance efficiency, reduce costs, or respond to market dynamics, it
involves significant organizational change. Change management
principles become essential to guide employees through the
transition, minimize resistance, and ensure the successful adoption
of the new supply chain design.
