 PROCEDURES
1. Drain the water from the century
tuna can and transfer the tuna into a
mixing bowl.
2. Slice the mushrooms into small
pieces and add them to the same
mixing bowl.
3. Mix the tuna and mushrooms
together until well combined.
4. Take two slices of bread and spread the
tuna and mushroom mixture evenly on one
slice.
5. Place the other bread slice on top to create
a sandwich.
6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well
mixed.
7. Dip the sandwich into the beaten eggs,
making sure to coat both sides.
8. Pour cooking oil into a frying pan and heat
it over medium heat.
9. Take the egg-coated sandwich and coat it with
breadcrumbs, pressing gently to make sure they
stick to the surface.
10. Carefully place the sandwich in the hot oil
and fry until golden brown on both sides. Flip the
sandwich halfway through cooking to ensure
even browning.
11. Once the sandwich is cooked, remove it from
the pan and let it drain on a paper towel to
remove excess oil.
12. Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters, if
desired, and serve hot.
