people.

 A buoyant economy has a high per capita income
resulting from the total national income per total
population growth in the country.
 A buoyant economy is characterized by the
reduction in unemployment.
 Another feature is the high literacy rate.
 There is an increased level of knowledge and
expertise in the advancement of science and
technology.

mechanized.
