 STATEMENT OF THE The general function of a Municipal health center is charged with the delivery of basic health
services which are promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative in nature. It’s main

PROBLEM objective is to improve the general health status of the population.

• The design problem calls for a model design of a “Community

Wellness Hub”. It calls for the re-invention and enhancement of
the health center facilities that could also set mode design in the
Philippines. This shall serve an ever changing health and wellness
demands of the increasing population in a up and coming city or
municipality.

• The development will be in a 9889 sqm lot located in Bocaue

Bulacan as part of their municipal sitewide development.

• It shall consist of low to mid rise buildings that will house the
necessary spaces for the various services it provides.
