Likewise, in the spiritual journey, every day is a fresh start,
another chance to connect with God, win character battles,
interact positively with people, and do work with excellence.
And if we become dedicated to living life God’s way and
playing according to the pattern He desires, we get many at-
bats over our lifetime, and we can score. We can have a home
run life. Then why don’t we? The secret lies in how we try to
run the bases.
