Execution Setup:

❏ Mark out a 40x40 grid


❏ 3 teams
❏ Have a team of 4 around each side with the pivot in the middle against two pressing
players
❏ The ball starts at the goalkeeper, looking to pass to supporting players or teammates
❏ Players cannot be tackled on their line but can shuffle and use as many touches ideally 3
❏ 5 passes = 1 pts (pass to support does not count)
❏ Pressing team cannot use support players

❏ 4v2 in one side and 3v1 in the other
❏ The 4 have to make 5 passes before looking to switch, one of the two defenders then
moves to other pitch
❏ Middle player turns and supports the playing side
❏ If the pressing players wins possession then the nearest player goes an they play 2v1
❏ Defending team wins the ball, pass back out to team mate and repeat
