Daniel Pearse
Daniel Pearse is the head pastry chef at the
savoy grill in London. He started to like the art
of cooking by the age of 9 years. He also
attended a catering college and then worked
at a hotel before moving to London to work at
the Savoy Grill. Daniel has been working at
the savoy Grill since 2018. He was voted for
the UK pastry chef of the year in 2015-16.
