Sustainable development refers to development that meets the needs of
the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet
their own needs

One major indication of the pervasiveness of technology is the use of the

internet, a tool whose significance has evolved over the years. The extensive
reliance and dependence on the internet for various purposes has become a
conventional development (Raja & Nagasubramani, 2018).
 AIM OF THE STUDY
The aim of this study is to explore and understand the pivotal
role that technology plays in advancing sustainable
development. By examining the current state of technological
interventions across environmental, social, and economic
dimensions, the study aims to identify key drivers and
barriers.
RESEARCH QUESTION
• How does the integration of advanced
technologies, contribute to achieving and
promoting sustainable development goals in
both developed and developing regions?
• To what extent do emerging technologies
enhance the efficiency and transparency of
resource management for sustainable
development initiatives across various
sectors?
 SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

• The significance of this study lies in its exploration

of the transformative potential of technology in the
context of sustainable development. In an era
marked by rapid technological advancements,
understanding the nuanced interplay between
technology and sustainability is paramount.
 SCOPE OF THE STUDY

• This study will have a broad scope, encompassing a

variety of technological domains and their impact on
sustainable development. It will explore renewable
energy technologies, digital solutions, data analytics,
and emerging technologies such as artificial
intelligence and blockchain
