 Decentralization gives an opportunity to the workers to

freely

 Such freedom to make choices is to increment their insight and

involvement with all levels.
 Trust among participants in accounting processes -

 Block chain relies on consensus mechanism to validate and

agree upon the state of the ledger.

 There are the different Algorithms, such as proof of work

(PoW), ensure that participants reach a collective
agreement, enhancing trust and preventing malicious
activities.
