• Bank should try to change the employee behavior
by introducing the concept of teamwork and
delegate them adequate authority to carry out their
work.
• Bank should try to satisfy its customer by providing
them prompt service.
CONCLUSION
• During my 1 month bank internship. I gain
valuable insights into the banking industry and
real world financial operations. This
experience has equipped me with practical
skills in areas such as customer service and
teamwork.
• SBI more focus on Retaining existing
customers.
