AIHP – Full Service Office Proposal
House keeping/ Housekeeping /pantry boys (for daily office chores like,
Pantry Boys and cleaning, washing cutlery, garbage disposal, serving tea/ coffee, etc. Mon to
Weekly Deep cleaning Sat from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.). All cleaning material costs shall be borne by Service
Service Provider. Pest Control will be done every month. Carpet vacuum/cleaning
every
weekend. Carpet shampooing every 6 months.
General Maintenance IT support on call to assist in the maintenance of the Wifi Internet
and IT Support service, LAN, Printer at the Premises. Excluding Hardware issues/ and
cost.
General maintenance on call to carry out maintenance related
work. A single point of contact and helpline number will be
assigned for the all above tasks.
Common Cafeteria with Cafeteria seating spaces with Professional Vendors for Snacks,
Food Outlets meals and other consumables (Chargeable)
Common Area Building Common Area maintenance : AMC’s of equipments, Compliance renewals,
Maintenance Landscaping, Façade Cleaning, Common area cleaning & Lighting, Cost of
maintaining washrooms, Building Security guards and systems, Water and other
consumables.
Equipments Printer/Scanner & TV per unit.
Internet 50 mbps Lease line
Pantry Service Tea/Coffee Station, Water Station, Refrigerator, Microwave
Electricity Electricity charges will be inclusive of the offered price as per timing mentioned
AMC Warranty on all Fit outs for lock in period with Painting of internal office and repair
