This research is to study on factors affecting work life


balance will focus on Generation Y employees in IT

METHDOLOGY

Purpose of this research, which is, to investigate the significant of the effect
of the three factors, personality, family demand and technology towards
work life balance.

Research Framework
Reliability test is derived from 67 actual respondents. As explain in Chapter 3,
Reliability Analysis a higher score will indicate a higher reliability and validity, with the range from
more than 0.70.

No work life balance, employees may intent to
