 About Product
MYK Saniflex is synthetic rubber based single component elastic
waterproofing membrane,which is suitable for wet areas water
proofing.
Due to liquid form it is more easy to apply on substrate.
Seamless waterproof membrane system.
Fast curing allows tiling on same day.
It has elongation properties up to 115 %.
This membrane has excellent crack bridging up to 800 microns.
It can be used at high temperature up to 42 ° C.
 It has high tensile strength 2.15 Mpa @ 20 ° C.
 Limitations
 It requires a dry substrate while application.
Concrete substrate should be at least 5 days old at the time of
application.
Second coat to be done when first is completely dry.
Proper protection to be taken to protect the membrane from
mechanical damages.

 Do not apply, when rain is expected.
Substrate should be prepared properly to remove all dust, dirt,
laitance, oil etc.
All the cracks must be cut open & shall be repaired with polymer
modified mortar.
The primer must be applied in proper manner.
The coating shall be applied once primer is dry.
The consumption must be maintained strictly to achieve the
watertight structure.

 About Product
MYK Coat WPU-1K is a single component ,polyurethane
waterproofing membrane.
Due to liquid form it is more easy to apply on substrate.
Seamless waterproof membrane system.
High bonding strength over recommended primer (more then 1.5
Mpa).
It has elongation properties up to 550%.
This membrane has excellent crack bridging up to 1mm.
Excellent chemical resistivity.
 It has high tensile strength 1.4 Mpa.
 Limitations
 It requires a dry substrate while application.
Concrete substrate should be at least 28 days old at the time of
application.
Application should be avoid when ambient temperature is below 12° C.
No dilution is required.
Mixed primer should be used with in 30 minutes.
Second coat to be done when first is completely dry.
Proper protection to be taken to protect the membrane from
mechanical damages.
As this is a moisture cured material, it forms a hard film over the liquid
material if it is exposed very long in atmosphere.

MYK Aquafin-UM is a Two component ,polymer modified, flexible
cementitious waterproofing membrane.
It can be applied on damp surface.
Seamless waterproof membrane system.
It has 30% elongation.
This membrane has excellent crack bridging up to 1mm.
UV resistance.
 high bond strength 1 Mpa.
Permanently flexible.
Vapor diffusion resistance up to 2000.
Self curing membrane.
Solvent free, environment friendly.
No primer required.
High water pressure resistivity up to 50m.
 Limitations
 It requires a damp substrate while application.
Concrete substrate should be at least 28 days old at the time of
application.
Application should be avoid when ambient temperature is below 5° C.
Need to protect application when temperature is above 30 ° C to
prevent premature surface drying and shrinkage cracks.
Mixed composition should be used with in 60 minutes.
Second coat to be done when first is sufficient hardened.
