What is School Registrar?


A school registrar is an
administrative officer responsible
for maintaining and managing
student records, academic
transcripts, course registration,
and related administrative tasks
within an educational institution.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF RECORDS POLICIES
Keeping the Confidentiality of the Records Policy

The school shall exercise confidentiality in the custody of the student academic records;
The School Registrar is the exclusive custodian of all student records. As such, no other
person shall be allowed access to the said records, except as follows:
 the student concerned;
 the duly authorized parents/guardian ;
In the case of correction of entries in the grade sheets, the concerned Program Head/Dean’s
recommendation to the Registrar shall authorize the attachment of the correction form to the
student’s record;
The School Registrar shall send rating/report card to the parents/guardians concerned.
ADMISSION AND RETENTION
POLICIES
Admission Requirements for Incoming Freshmen Students

Graduates of Senior High School who wish to enroll in INB CAS are required to submit the
following:

a) Senior High School Report Card (Form 138) duly certified by the School Principal
b) Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the School Principal
c) Marriage Certificate (If married)
d) two (2) pieces latest 2x 2 colored pictures
e) Photocopy of Birth Certificate by PSA
f) Registration fee
Transferees/Graduates from Other Program

Transferees are students who were previously enrolled in other schools who wish to continue their studies in
INB CAS. Graduates from other program are those who have finished a college degree from other schools and
wish to enroll at INB CAS for another degree.

Transferees will be evaluated based on the latest curriculum used by the program being applied during the time
of application. All courses in the said curriculum must be completed as a requirement for graduation.

Requirements to submit:

a) Photocopy of Transcript of Records signed by the Program Chair to indicate that it has been evaluated already;
b) Honorable Dismissal/Certificate of Transfer Credentials;
c) Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended;
d) Photocopy of Birth Certificate by PSA
e) Registration fee
f) Three (3) copies of recently taken 2x2 colored pictures;
g) A photocopy of Contract of Marriage (if married)
Returnees
 This is a student who was previously enrolled in but discontinued enrolment at INB CAS and
who wishes to enroll back.
Requirements for Re-admission:

a) Letter Request for Re-admission addressed to the Program Head/Dean;


b) Re-admission Form signed by the Program Head and the Registrar.

 This is a student who was previously enrolled at INB CAS and has transferred to another
school but wishes to enroll back at INB CAS.
a) Letter Request for Re-admission addressed to the Program Head;
b) Re-admission Form signed by the Program Head and the Registrar;
c) Honorable Dismissal from previous school;
d) Transcript of Records; and
e) Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended.
ENROLLMENT POLICIES

Enrollment
All enrollees who meet the admission standard of INB CAS may be
allowed to enroll.
Adding, Changing and Dropping Policy

Students may add/drop or change courses only during the first week of classes of
every semester upon approval of the Program Head/Dean. An official form must
be duly accomplished and filed at the Registrar’s Office.

 A student who does not have a formal approval to drop a course shall be given
a failing grade on the said course.

 No fee shall be charged for the adding or dropping of courses if the change was
due to an error in the printed schedule, change in the time slot of the course, or
if the course was dissolved.
Cross Enrollment Policy

Cross enrollment refers to students who are officially


enrolled in INB CAS and are also enrolled in other
schools. Cross-enrollment/study permit request shall be
approved by the Program Head/Dean.
Request To Offer Course Policy

 Requested courses are those not regularly offered during the semester or
summer.

 Student/s requesting for the opening of course/s shall fill-out the REQUEST
TO OFFER COURSE FORM available at the Registrar’s Office. The request
shall be duly recommended by the Program Head/Dean, and approved by the
President.

 Students who have signified their intention in writing to enroll in a Requested


Course are not allowed to drop the requested course once they are officially
enrolled.
