MODUS OPERANDI &

MODE OF PAYMENT
• Depends country to country but 75% modus operandi going to be FOB based trading where
overseas partner shall do marketing, sales, promotion, hiring, firing etc. on their own but we
can entertain the partner with some giveaways only by having 3 years FORECAST & if they
deliver even 80% we shall stick to them else we will have a right either terminate them either
hire another parallel distributor for more products. Rest 25% we will go 50/50 basis where
each & every expenses shall be shared but that might come only in second phase of export.

• As far as mode of payment it will be ONLY ADVANCE (50% at the time of PO / PI

exchanged n locked rest 50% upon goods readiness or 100% advance once stocks are ready
shall vary county to country) other than few countries that too in second phase.

DILEMMA’S &
DEFECIENCIES
The problem with Pakistani companies are NOT having international accreditations
such as USFDA, PICs, MHRA, TGA or equaling whereas our neighboring countries
are way a head of us that’s where vision matters & I am regretted to write Pak
companies are well behind, I hope this shall be taken in mind to grow beyond
expectations because if we get any of above certification that opens more than 75
countries for US without facing hassles, CALL IS OURS !!!

AHC SUGGESTS

• Whatever country or business comes we MUST ACCEPT with open arms ideally for
Iraq, Yemen, Sri Lanka, Uganda etc. by not thinking about inspection fee /expense but
to look bigger picture with regards to numbers.

• International touring & participations in exhibitions are mandatory & I would request
to lock some budget for CPHI-WORLDWIDE - 2023 going to be held in Barcelona in
Oct’23 to target Niche, innovative & unique products to target local & international
market plus visits to IMMEDIATE REVENUE countries subject to business
confirmation.

AHC’S FEE & ADVICE

• 500000/- PKR advance / upfront (non-refundable) in lieu of managing day to day

basis discussions & travelling (if required) with partners since starting business
takes time but consultancy starts from the moment either parties agrees.

• 5% of total Performa invoice till partnership stays between manufacturer &

distributor.

• AHC suggests to start business keeping short / long term proposed above.
